Job Responsibilities for Repair -Maintenance  Officer
- Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear
- Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning Supervise in housekeeping of the school and cleaning staff to maintain the cleanliness of the school
- Manage maintenance personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain record types and cost of maintenance or repair work
- Prepare maintenance record on an on-going basis and report on weekly and monthly basis
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action
